Acai is a popular Brazilian super food that is rich in antioxidants. This recipe is basically a smoothie in a bowl where you can customise with your favourite toppings, we love granola, fresh berried and coconut flakes. It makes a delicious breakfast on a hot day as it is served cold.

2 x Frozen Organic Acai Puree (50g each). You can buy in the UK online at AmaVida
1 x Frozen Banana
100g Blueberry (Frozen or Fresh)
130ml Coconut or Almond Milk
Granola, fresh berries, nuts, coconut flakes,
1. Blend the frozen Acai, banana, blueberry and Coconut milk.
2. Serve with your choice of toppings.
